JOB TITLE: Sales Administrator REPORTS TO: BU Head Rx LOCATION: HCMC
JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for Supporting BU Head in daily activities (Sale & Marketing)
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
• Support sales executives in organizing various projects, meetings, workshops
• Support BUH in consolidating, reporting related to performance and operation
• Compiling monthly sales reports
• Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES
• Proven experience as a sales admin
• Good understanding of office management
• Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
• Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
• Exquisite communication and people skills
• Excel and PPT skills are prefer
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
• Ability to work with staff at all levels
• Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping
• Familiarity with sales reports and sales records
