Be fully accountable for management and execution of the market FFE and sales reports, providing to commercial organization better insights to address the ongoing process of the FF excellence based on business goals and needs. Enhance FF motivation and productivity and efficiency, be able to propose effective and efficient solutions for sustained performance through processes, methods, KPIs and skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The key responsibilities of the role are as follow:
Manage master data, maintain correct customer master data in system
Update new users & territory and any changes in TP
Coordinate with marketing team to ensure e-detailing updated timely
Create/activate/deactivate account (Touch point, Picher) for field force staff, and solve any problem related to these activities
Be responsible for monthly SFE KPIs, iCoaching reports; e-detailing performance
Closely monitor above KPIs with Sales team and ASM to ensure the continuous improvement
Advanced communicate to sales team on progress to avoid low performance
Prepare sales reports on daily/ weekly/ monthly and others at request
Work closely with management team to meet and be pro-active in reporting and analytical needs
Propose and create timely new analysis and reporting crossing various data (activities, sales, finance, compliance, bonus, etc.) for business and territory reviews
Do the orientation for new hires about Touch point, Pitcher, and other process; provide clear training instruction to new comers and retained recurrent training to ensure sales team can fluently use and manage
Facilitate and deliver business coaching interventions to optimize the effectiveness of the Field Force and Marketing activities
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor or above in Business Operations/Administration Management
3 – 5 years experiences in FFE management and sales support
Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to analyze/interpret data
High degree of proficiency with MS Excel and MS office; Pivot-Table
Strong knowledge of statistical methods and analytical techniques and internal consultancy
Proven ability to work cross-functionally with
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize work, goals and tasks in accordance with division and corporate objectives
Proficiency in Vietnamese (spoken and written) and English (spoken and written)
Positive “can do” attitude
Very good communication skills, convincing in the presentation of methods of analysis, results, conclusions, and recommendations
