Regional IT Application Leader and Digital Transformation Lead
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional IT Application Leader to join our team as the Digital Transformation Lead for Vietnam. In this role, you will be responsible for driving digital transformation for the region, owning the IT roadmap, and acting as an IT business partner to work with business stakeholders to provide technical solutions that meet business needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Own and drive digital transformation for the region, working closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities and develop the IT roadmap.
Act as an IT business partner, providing technical solutions and expertise that align with business goals and objectives.
Manage the implementation of IT projects in Vietnam, including MS Power Platform, MS PowerApps, and other IT applications.
Provide end-to-end support for IT systems and applications in Vietnam, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Manage the rollout of IT applications to the region, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget.
Plan and manage the implementation of SAP S/4hana in Vietnam in the near future.
Develop and maintain documentation for IT systems and applications.
Provide training and support to end-users to ensure smooth adoption of new IT systems and applications.
Communicate regularly with stakeholders and other IT teams to ensure that IT systems and applications are aligned with business goals and objectives.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in IT and make recommendations for improvements to existing systems and applications.

REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field.
At least 10 years of experience in IT Application and Project management in MNC working environment and global collaboration.
Knowledge of process automation toolset i.e., MS Power Platform, Automation Anywhere, SAP BTP.
Experience in SAP and/or SAP S/4HANA implementation is a plus.
Excellent business English communication skills, both verbal and written to work with central departments and regional business partners.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Proven track record of driving digital transformation and working as an IT business partner.
Familiar with Manufacturing industry and production environment ideally in Life Science sector.
